Shipping policy

Processing time: Orders ship within 2–5 business days.

Delivery time (U.S.): 2–5 business days after your order ships. Most U.S. orders arrive in about 4–10 business days from the day you order.

International delivery: We ship worldwide. International orders take 10–30 business days after processing, and customs or local carriers can add delays.

Shipping cost: $4.95.

Tracking: You'll get a tracking email as soon as your order ships. Tracking can take a day or two to update after the label is created.

Wrong address: Please double-check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email contact@concretecoffin.co right away. Once an order has been processed, we can't change it, and packages returned for a bad address may need to be re-shipped at your cost.

Lost or delayed packages: If your tracking hasn't moved in 10 days, email us with your order number and we'll sort it out.
