Refund policy

We can't accept returns or exchanges for the wrong size or a change of mind, so please check the size chart before you order.

We will replace or refund your order if:

• the item arrives damaged or defective
• the print is flawed or noticeably different from the product photos
• we sent the wrong item or size

To report a problem, email contact@concretecoffin.co within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We'll respond within 2 business days and offer a replacement or refund.

Cancellations and changes: Email us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll try to cancel or change it before it's processed. After that, the order can't be changed.

Refund timing: Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Banks usually take 5–10 business days to show it.
